Onboarding
Every independent director is provided with a structured onboarding programme covering the business model, project portfolio, regulatory environment, financial position, leadership team and the Code of Conduct.
Ongoing familiarisation
Senior management makes presentations to the Board on business performance, strategic initiatives, risk landscape and material regulatory developments at every Board meeting.
Site visits and reviews
Independent directors are encouraged to visit active project sites, meet customers and review post-possession metrics — both to discharge their oversight role and to deepen the contextual understanding required for board decisions.
