Four guardrails every KW buyer should follow — to protect your investment and stay clear of fraudulent channels.

  • Pay only to KW Group escrow accounts

    All payments must be made by cheque, demand draft or NEFT/RTGS to the official KW Group escrow accounts. We never accept cash; we never accept transfers to personal accounts of channel partners, brokers or employees.

  • Verify the RERA number on every project

    Every KW project is RERA-registered. The number is displayed on each project's detail page on this website, on the sales office and on the formal agreement. Cross-check it on the relevant state RERA portal before booking.

  • Beware fraudulent emails

    Genuine KW Group communication originates only from @kwgroup.in addresses. Treat lookalike domains, free-email-provider addresses, and any payment-redirect notification as suspicious. When in doubt, call our official number to verify.

  • Don't accept private 'discount' offers

    All KW pricing, schemes and offers are published officially. Offers that promise additional discounts in exchange for off-line cash payments are fraudulent. Report any such instance to support@kwgroup.in.
